Child Policy

  • Children between 0-5. years will be accommodated in the parents/adults room free of charge
  • Children between 6-11. years will be charged a child supplement of 50% of the base category double room rate on the booked boarding basis (charged per child per night). The child supplement will be offered a maximum of one extra bed per room.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelations made fourteen (14) or more days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 0% charge. (100 % Refund)
  • Cancelations made three (3) to fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 75% of Room charge.
  • Cancelations made less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% of room charge.
  • All No shows will be charged at 100% of their full stay. (Include meal plans).
  • If the room you are booking is labeled as non-refundable, non-cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.

Cancellation policies can vary seasonally or depending on the hotel room type.
